trainweb.org is a free non-profit hosting site for railroad-related subjects. I don't believe there is a comprehensive index of ALL known photo rosters.

There happens to be a really good one for CSX ( http://trainweb.org/csxphotos/ ), which I go to all the time.

Another place to go for photos of earlier railroads is http://www.rr-fallenflags.org/ , but it isn't a trainweb.org site.

Last but not least, you can always do a google search.

It would help if you were a little more specific about which railroad(s) you want pictures for - then some of the forum members who know about that road can point you to the best web site(s)...

Good luck!
