You could possibly make a whole little work train with that, using stuff from other places and kitbashing them together. That'd be cool.

And just for the record, that French "End of Train" car is a brake van. Typical on most French and British railways back then.

Thanks for the brake van info scott.[:)]

Way cool!! Makes me want to trash a beat up Jeep I have and "blend" it into one end of a refrigerated reefer; put some Popsicle decals on it and call it "Jeepers On A Stick"....... (or something like that.)

Very good scratch building!! A very good sample of what can be done in this hobby!

I love it!!! And who cares if there was a prototype for it or not. It's sure to be a conversation starter for sure!

I have built a galloping goose! But i am calling it The Wobbling Donkey [:D]. It is made from a hot wheels rolls royce, a french end of train car, a power truck from a life like F7, and a truck from a caboose.

A hole was made in the underside of the end of train car and the power truck was inserted in the hole, the back of the rolls was cut to fit into the window area of the end of train car and the front truck was inserteed into a hole in the frame of the car.

pieces of box car door block the openings in the window area of the end of train car and styrene covers the cut wheel wells of the rolls. I sprayed a primer coat and will be painting it gray.

Any opinions or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
