I have one I purchased off Ebay. However I was disappointed to find that when I got it id did not have a box or instructions. If you are successful in finding one, Could I please obtain a copy of the instructions.
Thanks,
James.

Those were a dime a dozen for awhile at train shows. Haven't seen them for some time now. You may want to look at Pikestuff , they make a one and two stall modern diesel shed.

Bachmann Plus Locomotive Maintenance Building HO NIB Item number: 5980542252
If you wait and look long enough you will always find it on Ebay, just have to have patience. Thats what I have learned, otherwise I do a google search and try and find it right away.

I saw a photo. Nice looking building with those industrial windows. Is it no longer produced?
Hope you don't mind my suggestion:
If you can't get this building, try the Walther's Car Shop (Walther's # 933-3040). Also a nice looking brick building with huge windows. You can easily use it for locomotives just as well. It has 3 stalls instead of the Bachmann building's two. I purchased one off of Ebay in the $20 range! This will be my locomotive facility on my upcoming layout. I plan on weathering it as well as detailing and lighting the interior.
Cheers!
