Woodland Scenics does risers, but their sharpest is a 4% grade (4cm elevation per 100 cm of run) so you would need 125cm of riser to get to 5cm high.
4% is a pretty sharp grade, and if it's on a curve it becomes even harder to manage.
I posted on an earlier thread you started with links to some Thor Trains track plans you might like that don't require a change in elevation, unless you really want one.

hi
i am unsure which risers to get for my nscale.
it is to rise to a second level about 5 cm high
woodland scenics have something for that dont they,or is there a better alternative?
