Model RR events HELP

Dear Friends,

We plan again a visit to US from April 22nd. Starting in Nevada and the next two weeks somewhere in Texas and Florida. I always try to visit railroad musems and model railroad clubs or events, please help me to put together my travel plan. At this moment only the starting point is fixed for Nevada and 3 weeks later we will fly out from Orlando. If there are any events or railroad attractions on our route worth to visit, please advice us. Thank you for your help.
