Get a new eBay ID, start over again. Scammers seem to be able to do this all the time.

Ebay help

Is there any way to get help from ebay with a problem?
I have been suspended because of a goof-up in their billing department. Numerous emails to their suggested addresses have only gotten me more and more of their standard "canned" responses. I get an email once in a while with the name of a human being but those responses don't do any better and it's impossible to reach that name again.
I have been cut off for a 17ยข bill that is their fault!
I have never seen such a screwed up system for dealing with problems as ebay has created.
IF ANYONE KNOWS OF A BETTER CONTACT METHOD I WOULD APPRECIATE KNOWING WHAT IS IS AND HOW TO DO IT!
Thanks,
Roger
