Looking for manufacturer

A couple of months ago, I was at the MN RPM meet and saw some kits that were basically additional special parts to kitbash an existing HO freight car kit into a specific prototype. The kits were in 'bags' and has the special parts, instructions and drawings/proto info for the car. The modeler supplied the basic car body.
I thought I picked up a business card, but cannot find it now. Anyone know what this company is? I am interested in the Milwaukee 50' RBL kit....
