My brother built mine for me for christmas last year. The best way to get what you want is to build it, or like me, have someone build it to the size needed.

I built my own. Complete with plexiglass doors. Since I don't need it anymore, if anyone is in SE Michigan and wants it, come and get it.

I use display cases from an outfit called Full View Display Co. (www.fvdisplays.com). They provide display cases for all O - S - HO and N.

My retired HO locos and rolling stock reside in six wall mounted 24" x 48" clear lucite cases.

My units are placed two to a "consist," thereby giving me a 24" x 96" display area - great for putting together a run of passenger cars, and of course freight. I use one dual set for passenger, another for freight and the third for my Canadian RR's - passenger & locos.

They are expensive and the shipping ain't cheap either (especially west of the Mississippi River .....), but the quality is there and I like 'em. Isn't that what counts?

See ya![tup]

BNSF raifan

I want to display passenger trains, so I want a case 10-12 Ft wide by 4 tracks high. I'm sure they would have to build one custom and ship it in two pieces. I would prefer a report from you if you have purchased their product. What do you think of their craftsmanship?

Thanks Jon - Las Vegas

I get my Display Cases from Historic Rail up in Minn.
I use mine alot because I have no Layout.
Do any of you out there buy these from HistoricRail.com?
What do you think about them and where do you Place your displayed Locomotives or other rolling stock?
