Hi
I laid track but then had to rip it up so i am looking for ideas. It is starting as a 2x6 layout with continuos running. I bought the widest most expensive curves i could (Peco ST15) They are au$4.00 per piece. I will not be buying any more of those in a hurry!
Anyway i am looking for ideas for my layout. I am running amtrak, bnsf, atsf,bn,sante fe,union pacific,cn,cp and anything else you can think of. I am modelling that late steam to early diesels.
This is n scale and i am a beginner on a budget. Somehow i want to put a bridge in there.
Anything you know is valueable to me!

What about using one of the many MR project 8 x 4 railroads scaled down to 2/3rd size NOT 1/2 as is usually suggested.
The MR Planning mags are also useful for ideas as is the MR Model Railroads Step by Step which your local newsagent or hobbyshop may be able to get for you.
Have you considered joining any local N clubs in Perth and the Aust-N-Scale chat group? Graham Cocks here in Adelaide is one of the moderators.

Thanks
I am trying to do a continuos running with factories, coaling, passenger ect. As for a track plan it will run 1 or 2 trains at once and i would really like it to have levels but i think that is beyond my talent.
I am not sure what to do next?
Jekyll
Thanks for that and according to where you live you are in Birkenhead!
I knew there was a birkenhead in NSW but i did not know there was one in SA
Anyway
Many thanks
