The 11:30 blues...

Has anyone else noticed that at about 11:30 pm CDT this site
comes to a screeching halt. This happens EVERY single night.

I had thought that maybe it was my ISP, but no other web site
is effected. I have experienced this for a long time.
Just wondering if you guys have experienced this as well. Dave

EDIT: This usually only last for a few minutes... It's 11:35 now and
back to normal[%-)]
