I know that the Metra commuter version has red marker lights that light in reverse, but I'm not sure about the strobes.

Kato Amtrak F40 strobes

Has anybody heard if the new Kato F40 locos will have working strobes in the Amtrak vesion? I emailed them, we will see if they respond. I like the strobes on my bachman version, but as normal, its a bachman and only runs so-so. Plus the bachman strobes are oversized. They make white LED's small enough to look correct. Cheers MIke
