There are club finder functions on the Model Railroader Magazine home page:
http://www.trains.com/clubs/findaclub.asp
And on The World's Greatest Hobby home page:
http://www.greatesthobby.com/wgh/directory/clubs.asp
I think the NMRA website has one too, but I'm not sure.
Using these ought to turn up a few options for you. Good luck.

We have an H.O. scale club in Marion its a couple of hours drive from Cleveland but its all driving on interstate 71 so its not a bad drive and coming to Marion is worth it on a Sunday afternoon if you like watching trains we are located in the union station so there are alot of real trains to watch outside ! Hours are 2-5 on Sundays.
