Name of layout/club on Atlas catalog?

Does anyone know what the name of the layout and/or club that is pictured on the cover of the 1994 or 1995 Atlas RR catalog? I've seen the name somewhere, but who knows where. I used to work in a hobby shop and have read many articles, so it's impossible for me to remember which magazine I read it in. Thanks.
