Ultimate guide to Model Trains
Posted by leonardbrand on Thursday, March 24, 2005 1:08 PM
There is an ad runing along side of the Forum pushing an E book called The Ultimate Guide to Model Trains, has any one downloaded it yet, is it worth having,or is it a dog. what I'm realty wanting to know is it something you down load one time or some kind of website that you can only go to as long as you pay the fee. I would like to hear from someone besides Albert Williamson, I know he will praise it.
Well I got my answer, 62 pages of nothing, in my opinion,a dog that needs to be left along.

I don't see the ad(s), must be my popup blocker working (thankfully!).

yep, it's a dog, It looked so promising on his site. I have asked for a refund. Did you get your money back, leonardbrand? I have been burned twice now because I forgot to search here first for comments on products.

Haven't seen that ad. It may be one of the Google ads which change regularly.

www.the-gauge.com forum is another, smaller forum where you will find other, talented modelers. Very friendly and a good companion to this one.

No Have not, So best thing is not to deal with him. only after paying his fee and downloading did I realized, what he was selling was things he had copied from this and other web sites, things you can get for free just by visting the web sites.
