John;

You can make one for about $10. You'll need a small box to house it, a small metal electrical box like used to hold a switch in a house is good, a transistor, a DPDT switch for reversing, a potentionmeter and some four or more conductor cable.

Way back when I was in college, we had wired hand held throttles like these, worked well.

I'll ask this question a different way. Can I add a hand held controller to my MRC tech 2 2800 power pack? What would it cost? And what do I need to look for? If I can add this. Thanks, John
