Has any one dealt with Prototype Models out of Red Deer, Alberta. Are they actually a legitimate business ? I ordered from them in September of 2001 and as of yet have not received it yet. I have sent email after email usually to no response . Being from USA who can I contact in Canada to file a complaint ? Any and all information will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

this is about all i can find. There isn't really anyone to check with besides the BBB( better buisness bureau) or if you feel you have been ripped off you could contact the Red Deer RCMP at 1-403-341-2000 keep us informed

I would suggest that you join the CNLines group (go to yahoo groups), then you can post a message on CNet, which is the group for CN modellers. There is a huge community of CN modellers on CNet, and surely several will be able to give you some info. Considering the models offered, I wouldn't be surprised if the owner of Prototype Models is on CNet; however, I've never heard of them before, and looking at the list of models, I'm surprised that there hasn't been more discussion of them. Give it a whirl; it won't cost but a few minutes of your time.

I have finally received the kit I ordered, thanks to Morgan Turney of Canadian Railway Modeller Magazine. Now I have to learn how to work with a resin cast model. Jerry
