Walther's new Bag-Dorm

Can anyone identify the prototype for the Budd baggage-dormitory car that Walther's is releasing next month? I saw a photo of the model in the september MR and, even ignoring the paint scheme, the car looks very NYC to me. Please advise.

It's Walthers, not Walther's. I find that irritating, even when I don't work for the company. If you want to show ownership with the name, put Walthers's or Walthers'. The car is probably NYC.
