Does any one know where these models are sold?
Does a web site exist?

Do you mean models of a railyard, such as a roundhouse, turntable, machine sheds, freight shunting yards, coal towers, etc? if so, I think you would have to buy each component seperately,if this is your query.

Rail Yard Models makes great Urethane Kits, I just finished putting together and painting the X79 Boxcar and am ready to decal it. I will probably buy another X79 and some of the coil cars.

By the way, you can only buy the kits direct from him.

Good luck - their models are of cars unavailable in plastic. The tank car in question is a car built specifically for Sulfuric Acid and seen extensively on roads that serve the paper industry. If you want that car in RTR, you're buying brass - at two to three times the cost of that kit.

I have one of these waiting to be assembled, and it looks to be a great little kit. A far cry from the resin kits of yore - the only inconvenience is really the need to use CA or epoxy instead of styrene cement.
