Early GP's have that real "workhorse" look that a railfan loves in a locomotive.

Sorry that i didn't have all of the locomotives you guys like. It only allows for fifteen choices, so i had to choose the most popular ones. Have nice day!

Well, my vote would be for (1) Alco Pa's (2) GP-9's and (3) RS-2's - all from the list.

There are some great diesels missing that would change my ordering ..........

Interesting question!

Happy Railroading! Siberianmo

Yeah where are the FM units? I vote for FM C-liner, since that was not listed I have to vote for ALCO PA instead.

What? No "E" or "F" units? Where are the Fairbanks Morse units? What about the small GE switchers (44 and 70 ton units)? There are too many different ones out there to choose just one favorite!

PS: I almost forgot...
What about the DD35 and DD40's?

This poll needs more options.

I say FM H-24-66, Alco PA-1s, EMD F7s
