Very good service from SOUNDTRAXX with my BAD 820041 decoder for the SD70M UP unit

Soundtraxx finally received my decoder today. They tested it and found out that it had a bad motor Stall or something. But that was why I was having trouble with it going thru my Reverse loop modulars and not running properly. So they are sending me a new one out today and I will be getting it in s week. That was pretty good service I might ad. I like the fast turnover here. They recognized the roblem and are sending me a new one out. Have any of you had a good or bad experience with Soundtraxx? Well Lets hear.
