not yet i had to ask about 20 people to find out myself. i eventually asked pat hammond and i believe it will be posted on the MRE mag site monday.

www.mremag.demon.co.uk

it was on a list that was released to the trade about 2 weeks ago but it seems that none of the american model press was there.

even in this country plenty of people know there was a list but didnt know what was on it!
unfortunatly it was a trade show so i couldnt get in.

as for DCC ans sound i suspect it will have a socket but other than that it will be the same as the previous release. it will almost definatly have different packing.

as for the 2-6-6-6, as it is an up to date well detailed model i would be amazed if it wasent re-released this year or next. you have to remember that it is in hornby's best interests to recapture as much of the market as possiable so you can bet there is going to be plenty to keep us all occupied.

i would quite like to see a copy of the whole list but so far no luck. (i am still trying!)

That's good news for UP fans, now let's hope they re-release the Allegheny, and while they're at it, how about a re-tooling of the Espee AC-12 cab-forward? Now THAT would float my boat!
