I could live without some of the others, but sure like the F7A/B and SD7, E8/9AB. Like the Alco FA1/FB1 and FA2/FB2 and the PA/PB, have at least 4 PA/PB sets, and the FA served as my F7A substitute as a kid in O27, and in N. Finally got a RS2, like the first loco I saw in '54, and I like my P42 units. Relly liked the 1983 Bullet Train set from Hitachi, impressive. Worked for Hitachi at the time, riding that on 3 trips past Mt. Fuji was my best train ride, even if it didn't hit more that about 120mph between Tokyo and fthe city with our Toyokawa Works was in for Hi Fi Stereo equipment mfg.

I'm also rather fond of the PCC trolley, Streamlined stuff is still cool.

Depends on my mood & what's on the layout.

It could be Alco, GE or EMD

Mostly it's EMD, 75% of my loco fleet are EMD origion, but AC4400's are slowly taking over.

Oh yah, them things--the ones that growl and whine instead of chuffing and chortling, eh? Okay, Baldwin and Alco. Centipedes and PA's. Okay, EMD for E-2's. Hm--about as far as I can go. Maybe a Rio Grande tunnel motor in a pinch.

ALCO all the way. RS3 looks business-like, getting the job done with little fanfare (well, except for the exhaust which told you it was working hard). My favorite pictures are those of CNJ RS3's doing their thing - whether it be pulling commuter consists or a freight. Too bad CNJ never had any PA's or FA's.

I think MKM or MK Rail or something that has MK in it makes those GG2000B Hybrid switchers.
