I just happened to find this. Excellent for Pennsy fans, but has a little bit of everything. Lots of really nice layouts.

I have met the guy who's layout that is. He is a SUPER nice guy who is always willing to share what he has learned. He's invited me to an operating session, but so far I have chickened out. I really should just take him up on it, if I put the wrong cars in the wrong palces, the worst they can do is fire me [:D]
He uses JMRI and the PanelPro component to run his dispatcher's panel, and he gives a clinic at the Timonium MD show on how to set it all up and make it work. Very worthwhile.
