Matt,
Tim's Hobby Shop in Everett, Washington state has a few of those Life-Like N scale SW9/SW1200 switchers. I saw they had: Union Pacific, Great Northern, and a few others, maybe C&NW & Conrail. I bought one a few months ago. They are very good little units, running extremely slow & steady! They don't have a lot of pull power (small & light) but I'd bet 2 speed matched units together would be great. It's the only LL unit I have, but it's a fantastic little switcher.

Arnold-Rivarossi made a SW1500 in 1996. You can see a review of it here:

I have not seen any for sale on the internet hobby stores, but you might want to check ebay from time to time.

You would be better off with a LifeLike SW1200. They are very good runners, and they make one in CR. Also, if you don't mind shelling out some extra $$$, BLW makes a custom NS LL SW1200:

Has anyone seen any SW 1000 or 1500 switchers made for N scale? I have wanted to add a few of these to my collection. I model NS/CR, and a few switchers would be a nice addition.
