Website that allows you to design your paint scheme?

Awhile ago, on a email ring which I cant remember, someone posted a webpage that had line drawing of engine (prefer desiels) so that you could down load them into "microsoft paint" or some art program and start playing with your own road colors. Does that sound famailar to anyone or know of anything like it??

You can save one of the locos as a BMP, then paint it anyway you like in MS Paint.
