Today I tried getting the unlimited subscription on trains.com and it said campaign payment is required and username is already being used. Like I didn't get a subscription using the username aka email address. Does anyone else have this issue?
Despite all the advertising to join Trains Unlimited, it doesn't seem like they really want you to join because the website doesn't work. I've been trying for two days to update my credit card information and I keep getting the message shown below.
My emails to customer service go unanswered. I'm debating whether I should renew my membership or not at this point. My membership expires today.
