Intermountain doesn't have a support page on their website, but they do have an email: intermountain@intermountain-railway.com
Most of us are confused. Locos have underside details or at least a fuel tank. There is nowhere for the motor to fall out. Did one of the trucks fall out?
Removing couplers is generally a minimum to remove the shell. Some locos have screws close to the trucks that also need removal.
Could you define the problem as little better? Can you get ther shell off to access the drive train? Or can you do that and need help with repairing the drive?
