Just to perhaps close the loop on this thread I have heard that the official attendance at this year's Trainfest was over 20,000. So I'd say that is more or less back to normal. The fact that layouts were turned away for lack of space, and the fact that some vendors evidently took a "wait and see" attitude towards Trainfest this year, perhaps this will encourage the new operator to utilize the entire floor space that the building can be configured to permit. Of course having said that it is easy to sit back and suggest how other people should spend their money!

I was and am surprised by how quickly a good many YouTubes about Trainfest 2022 were put up and some are rather lengthy
1019x Trainfest was last weekend and I have seen little in the way of reports of new models at the show. Was there little new things to see?

In the post by NorthBrit there was a link to a long review of the show with detail and prices on new models.
