Yes it is O gauge .I built it following an article in the Feb 2004 issue of O gauge Railroading magazine.I cut apart and lengthened 2 Lionel flatcars and scratch built the front guard and angled rear section of the 2nd flat car .The fuselage is a Minicraft 777 that painted with Alclad Chrome.

That is a neat car.  It looks like your model is O scale.  Did you build it from a kit, 3D print it, or is available as RTR?  

I have pictures of the prototype cars on my phone as they run through Dodge City several times a week.  I have seen HO models on a Free Mo layout at the Garden City train show; they were really impressive.
