GN_Fan I have a boatload of old Walthers stamped metal and wood passenger cars, all of them riding on Central Valley trucks. CV producedd 2 types of 6 wheel trucks.....one a 2410 model and the other was a riveted model that had side braces on the pedestals. Is that a model of a wood beam truck? If not, is there a prototype for it?

No, it is also a steel truck. Before complete sideframe castings were made, trucks were fabricated from steel sections riveted together.
