Use a 1/2 watt 330 ohm resister for each 1.5 volt bulb. I'm assuming you are converting the unit to DCC? You can get these from Radio Shack.

Best to use 4 - 6 diodes (4 for constant, 6 for directional) as their voltage drop remains constant.

All the P2K enfgines I've seen already HAVE the above in place.

What is the voltage going to the head lights on P2K GP 40's? What size resistor would I need to replace them with 1.5 Volt bulbs?
