I built the Mittco manufacturing building.  And it went together extremely easily. I'm very pleased with it.    The price is reasonable too.

I would strongly suggest those who have become good with plastic kits get familiar with trying out some of these laser cut wood kits.  I waited a while before trying my first.  I found it easier than I thought and was extremely happy with the result.  It's not so much learning new skills as expanding the skills you already have developed.

American Model builders, makers of Laserkit laser-cut

I haven't had to make use of their customer service, but I can certainly attest to the quality of their laser cut glazing kits. A few years ago I upgraded a bunch of Athearn BB caboose kits, and I used Laser Kits window glazing. The fit was perfect! They went in without the need for too much force, but they were firm enough that no glue was required. They look great!

Cheers!!

Dave

I've been fortunate that I haven't had to contact them, so far, but I will interject here that I've had great success and enjoyment in the building of their great kits and flat car loads.

American Model builders, makers of Laserkit laser-cut wood kits offers #790, Branchline Station, a simple kit, but I managed to make a dumb mistake when applying and trimming the adhesive roof paper.

I emailed AMB and offered to buy replacement roofing paper since it was my mistake.  Instead they said they would send it at no cost, not even the stamp.

That's customer service.
