Nah... Those are oil tankers from the Bakken Oil Express, Company is the same, just a place to park many more cars than they can keep on their Dickinson site. They seem to maintain and clean them here in Richardton.

This is the Sand Plant built by Haliburton, but sold to a different company. They still handle fracing sand, but mostly we see oil tank cars there. They did lease a real locomotive. Maybe I should go over there and play with their trains!
