Shortline Model Products

Does anyone have any info for the above firm? I can't find anything on the internet for them. I recently read an article that mentions this company for parts to detail a CNJ GP7.

A Google search of that name had them as the first listing.

I tried to order a few items but they won't ship to Canada and I'm not going to take the time to contact them. The items were nothing unusual, but I was trying to give a relatively new company some business.

Oh well.

Dave

Edit:

Jan 23 I got an email from them telling me that shipping was $18.00 ($24.00 Cdn.)  and I could pay by cheque or email them my credit card number. I won't email my CC number for obvious reasons. I'm not even comfortable splitting it in half and sending two separate emails. Getting a cheque (Canadian spelling eh!) in US dollars requires a trip to the bank or the post office. If there had been something exceptional in the order then I might have jumped through the hoops, but there wasn't so I cancelled the order.

I will say that his prices were quite reasonable. If he simplifies his payment procedures I would consider giving him some business.

I'm just a dude with a bad back having a lot of fun with model trains, and finally building a layout!

Thanks! My internet search turned up nothing. Oh well, back to the drawing board.
