Where can you hire stuff done??

Does anyone know of a central clearing house for specialty items. I read in a thread about getting decals done commercially instead of buying an Alps printer.
Where can you get those done? Where can you get custom engine painting done? I don't want it to look like I did it, you know what I mean.
I'm sure there are others that wonder, but people that do those types of things are probably doing it on the side and don't advertise.
Is the a bulletin board for this type of work?

A user on this board, AggroJones, does custom engine painting. I'm not sure about homemade decals.

Check with a local hobby shop.
Look in the rear section of model railroder.

I do both of the items you requested. I have an Alps printer (actually 3 of them) and I have a small line of decals that you can see on my website. Along with that I do custom work. I also custom paint. I just recently completed two SD90's for a gentleman in the Big Sky Blue GN scheme. Here are some pictures.
Click on the images for a larger view.
Decals for these were made by Champ decals. I had to make the number sets as the Champ sets did not give me enough combinations to do the small numberboards. You can contact me off list for more information

I make my decals on an ink jet printer then spray it (the decals) down with krylon clear coat so they don't go to pot when I get them wet..
I do custom painting as well. Diesels only, not steam (steam is complicated and too easy to get an upset customer if they don't like it). I paint rolling stock (weathering mainly)
Email me if you want a quote.
I'm not going to speak for AggroJones, but I will say the paint jobs he does on Steamers are FANTASTIC.
