Yes, that is an excellent article for a small rail served industry needing only a tank car or three, but I thought the building was more complicated than it had to be. 

I'd simply use a standard Pikestuff kit of appropriate size.

Found what I was looking for.  It wasn't propane, it was an oil-recycling plant.

Sometime in the past 5 years or so, Pele Soeberg built a propane facility with two sidings.  I cannot find the articles in the annual index.  Does anyone remember this article or articles?
