First, welcome to the Forums. It looks like this is your first post. Your first several posts are moderated, and that means there is a delay between when you post and when the post appears. After you post several times, that issue will go away.
Second, I'm not sure what the issue with the video is. I can see the place holder for the video in this response box, but I can't see the video connection in your post.
Hopefully that will clear up. If not, just make sure you're using the insert video commands. You also need to have your video hosted by some site like Youtube or Imgur before we will be able to see it.
