1.for the replies,I found out that the Atheatn AMD 103/P42 frame will work,But I would have to sut a small section off of the frame. On the front an rear but I do not want to do that to mine,I have 3 of these in Ho 1 all silver other 2 are the. Blue on the top of the engine siler on the rest of the shells, I woul have to save up some money to buy another on.I am hoping ti find just the powered frame not the shell,And the powered frame then I can have my Metra MP36PH ready to run.Wish me luck on the Athearn P42 powered frame.
2.I'm actually looking for some photos of the front of the Metra MP36PH I cannot find any. maybe someone here can post me some front ohtos of this locomotive for me Thanks.
3. Finished my Metra MP36PH Shell I did find a older Atheran Alco PA Frame I found in my parts box,And it fits my shell perfectly.not sure how to get my Athearn 2 axles power trucks to fit it. Any ideas on that anyone.? Here are the 2 photos I just took.

I'm not familiar with the locomotive you are building (my modeling calendar is still in the 1980s, far from Metra). I believe Atlas is coming out with an ALP-something which is long and lanky, with a bulb nose. It will also be B-B, like the engine you wish to model. Atlas also has models of some of GE's "techno toasters" with frames that could be modified. Athearn's models of later production SD and GE's might be usable. The resources you used to build the shell should give you information such as distance between truck centers. You should also have distance from truck centers to coupler pulling faces or, to the draft gear strikers, which would be useful in locating, or modifying a suitable frame. You did a beautiful job on that shell. I hope you find something.
