Milwaukee, we have a problem
Posted by cefinkjr on Thursday, September 30, 2021 5:09 PM

Although I don't have the time to post as much as I would like, I really enjoy the MR forum.  However, I noticed a problem that ought to be addressed: On my Android smart phone, I can read threads and navigate the entire trains.com site very well until I try to reply to a forum posting.  The only thing I get when I tap the Reply button is a "page not found" message.

Hmm... I just got an Android phone. I have barely used it at all.

If I can figure this out, I will give it a try.

I'm typing this from my Android phone and do not have that issue.  I do get an error message if I try to access messages (PMs)...

I have an Android tablet and I typically use it to post here, and I have no problems with it.  I also have a desktop I use sometimes.  I find that I can't access my own profile from either device.  I live in Delaware now, not Massachusetts, but I can't change that.

I've been on this forum for 16 years.  There has been only one major upgrade.  We were told another was coming a few years ago, but that never happened.  We're grateful to Kalmbach for giving us this free forum, but they don't seem to have a long view of it and don't appear to even be maintaining it.
