I am in the process of upgrading my 2 Guilford Athearn RTR SD39's with Genesis motor upgrade kits aswell as getting rid of the headlight bulbs for LED's. I can't figure out the headlight lens size i need to get. Any help would be greatly appreciated as always and I hope everyone had a fantastic summer.

I think I used 3mm fiber optic tubing to push through the hole where the lamp came out.
At one time there was a fellow, monster Al or Big Al that sold LED kits for Genesis engines but I do not know if he is still doing that. SBS4DCC offers this setup:

I've done F7 headlights using fiber optic tube that I carefully "flare" at the end using a little heat from a soldering iron, then press them in from the front and use heat shrink tube over the LED from behind.
