How to get interiors for these cars
Posted by Penn Central on Tuesday, August 3, 2021 9:30 PM

Hi, I have 2 different sets which need some interiors. Do I just measure LxW and look online?

First is this Rivarossi Amtrak observation car. The rest of the set has interiors, but this doesnt.

Second is this Sante Fe set I picked up at my LHS a few years back. They couldnt tell me who made it. It including the locomotive are unmarked as far as I can tell.

Also looking to purchase a Rivarossi Baltimore & Ohio sleeper car, but they dont seem to have interiors.

Any guidance on how to get started would be great - thanks!!

There is an eBay seller, "james2470", that sells 3D printed interiors.

His are nice. I have bought two that fit perfectly.

Yes, I do believe these are Athearn "streamilined" passenger cars.
