Interesting, it does appear if you go directly to https://mrv.trains.com/ you can then access Cody's Office, but if you click on the Model Railroader magazine link at the top of this page and go the MR videos - https://www.trains.com/mrr/videos-photos/videos/series/codys-office/ - they're there but all locked, even if you've logged in as an MR subscriber.

Been there, done that. Someone posted earlier about a link that will take you to a menu, where you can select Cody's Office.

I am a magazine subscriber only and I am not doing the Trains.com trial and I am able to view Cody's Office and look at and download the latest MR from the archives. Ralph
BigDaddyAnd I am saying I am an MR subscriber and not an MRVP subscriber; and I can see every MRVP video I tired.
I rec'd an e-mail from Kalmbach a month or so back saying I had a free trial period to try out MRVP, so it could be you're in a similar trial period?
And I am saying I am an MR subscriber and not an MRVP subscriber; and I can see every MRVP video I tired.
Now we are still on the premature-Beta version of trains.com and my access might end tomorrow, or in a month or a year. I do not expect it to last so I'm going to look at some of the layout series again.

Just to clarify my earlier post, when I said "subscriber" I meant subscriber to the magazine, not MRVP. Up until a month or two ago, I could access Cody's Office episodes, video reviews, etc. but can't now since I'm not an MRVP member/subscriber, only an MR subscriber.
wjstixUnfortunately if you're 'just' a subscriber and not an MRVP member, Cody's Office episodes and MR video reviews are not available
When I called to see how long I had for my MRVP subscription, MRVP told me I canceled it in 2019. You would think I would remember that.
I immediately lost access to all those videos.
Today https://mrv.trains.com I can watch every video I tried, including the series videos. However other than Cody's office a review or two and a layout tour, there is nothing there newer than May.
Rene explicitly said 'subscriber' which in context of the original post I took to mean magazine subscriber, not MRVP 'subscriber'.
If that is not a correct understanding, I'd like to have Kalmbach make it explicit.
Have any magazine subscribers who don't get (or have now canceled) MRVP been able to access Cody's Office?
Unfortunately if you're 'just' a subscriber and not an MRVP member, Cody's Office episodes and MR video reviews are not available - at least the last couple of each haven't been.
Medina1128 chris.mincemoyer Looks like if you go to the MRVP website they are currently free on there? https://mrv.trains.com/ Muchas gracias!!

I worked for a major airline for 35 years and they had the worst IT folks or processes I'd ever experienced UNTIL I discovered MR! I have had so much trouble over the years getting things to work and getting stupid or no responses. Pretty disappointing to me.

Medina1128Cody's Office IS still a subscriber b enefit.
I didn't realize that and when a looked at the site today, there was a review and 2 introductory posts by D Popp in the first 3 pages of videos. Everything else showed the lock icon.
Can you say beta version?
About a month ago, I went to Cody's Office, only to find that it has a lock on it, only to have it automatically go to the "Trains.com" page. I opened a thread to find out what was going on. Rene Schweitzer commented, "Thank you for posting this question. Cody's Office IS still a subscriber benefit. Some of the videos are not marked correctly. We are working on this right now and it should be fixed by the end of the day." I have a subscription to Model Railroader and have been for years. When I checked again this morning, and any attempt to go to Cody's Office still shows it with a lock on it and redirects me to Trains.com. Is anyone else having this problem?
I even sent an email to Customer Service, but, have yet to receive any reply.
