I want to purchase a few Atlas manual switch operators.  Who sell them?

If you mean manual switch machines, there are used ones on Ebay

Are you thinking about code 80 or code 55?  The code 55 track and switches have a lower profile.055 compared to .080 for code 80.  Atlas makes both.

Not sure if this is what you're looking for, but I've used Caboose Industry ground throws with great success with my Atlas code 55 turnouts.
