Recognize this layout?

My son sent me this photo he saw on Facebook. I am wondering if anyone recognizes it?

I have no idea what layout it is.  However, I tried to zoom in on the control panel board labeling and the decal in the aisle for clues but the resolution of the photo is not good enough.  It does appear to be "dual-scale": Z-scale (looks too small for N-) in forefront and possibly HO across the aisle.

Golden State Model Railroad Museum in Richmond CA.

There are three layouts shown.  In the foreground is the N scale.  On the left is the O scale.  Where you can see a jog in the aisle way down there, the HO starts, on the right.  Far in the distance, against the wall, is the end of the HO.

Here's a plan of the layouts:

Looking at the plan, the photographer was over on the right end.
