Has anyone ordered from there? I placed an order on Mar 25. It is still pending at their poostal facility and awaiting arrival of package. I emailed Modeler's Depot 3 times and have still not heard from them. They do not show a phone number on their site. (Unusual for a business)\
I found their name on BBB, in a different city than their site states. There was a phone number there. I called periodically 4 times and got the same message, "we are currently helping another customer leave your name and number and we will get right back to you". No such luck there either.

To be honest, I have had bad luck getting accurate information from the. post Office, too.
However, their lack of responsiveness is disturbing, and I think you're totally justified in canceling the credit card transaction.
A lot of places like this really have no inventory. They just order from a real company and re-ship after they take delivery.
