I believe the largest and most powerful single unit diesel locomotive in history aught to fufill that request!
For me, this locomotive has an interesting story. When first getting into model railroading a decade or so ago (wow, has it really been that long?) I, like many other young modelers I'm sure, was drawn to the vast vistas and diverse power of the Union Pacific in the western states. So, when I saw Bachmann's DDA40X with sound, I said "sign me up!" But as I started to get a bit older, and got more involved in looking into my local rail history, I fell in love with the New Haven, and have since focused on it, leaving my Centennial, along an SD90/43MAC extremely out of their element. I keep them around nowadays for sentimental value, as a way to remember those early days of my adventure in model railroading, where I started my journey on this incredible hobby.
Anways, now that I have gotten all that sentimentality and reminiscence out of my system...
