Kind of odd a kit still in shrink wrap had no instructions in it. Or was it JUST shrink wrap, no box?

I don't know about the other readers, but I can't see the pictures. There are instructions on how to do this on one of the threads at the top of this section.

Just getting back into Model Railroading if a long break. Digging out my old stuff I found this Service Station Model brand new, still with plastic on it. I open to start building and notice no instructions or information about what brand it is. Wondering if anyone recognizes it and knows the Brand of model.
