I've always used Microscale. You have to watch which sheets you use, as far as the date/time line for your tanks.

I would look at K4 decals. They have lots of data sheets, and I have used many of them.
Read the data carefully, some day things like:
WHEELS: NMRA RP25 COMPLIANT
KADEE NUMBER 5 COUPLERS
NOT FOR USE ON FULL SIZED RAILROADS

Redoing my tanker car, can't find any data decals for it. I see they have for boxcars and hoppers. Any idea what I can use.
