The forum software is causing problems for many people. There is a new forum and website coming soon (or so they say), so just be patient. Others may be able to help you with specific problems, I do not know much about how the system works.

All of this talk about software updates, new forums, new websites is pure fantasy.

I just celebrated my 8th week without access to the Private Messaging feature and the loss of access to other forums such as Classic Trains, Classic Toy Trains, and Trains. Repeated emails to customer service go unanswered. My ability to navigate even this forum is severely limited.

Don't hold your breath on promises of software updates, new forums, and new websites.

No issues here FWIW. I just click on my icon saved in my "favorites" as usual. It has always has gone straight to this forum in cs.trains.com.
