March MR article, cross reference correction

The article in the March '21 issue, Prototypical Layout, Freelanced Extention, page 26, makes a cross reference to a related earlier article in the Great Model Railroads 2019 issue, which is incorrect. The earlier article, Right Here in River City, is in GMR 2016 page 56.
